Paul Rawlings
A leader in the building industry, Paul Rawlings is well known in the home building community for his innovative approach to home building and his commitment to furthering his craft through advanced building technologies. Consulting on national and provincial building codes, Ontario Building Material Evaluation Commission, Revenue Canada and building material manufacturers, Paul’s technical experience is widely recognized.
“Paul is an active member in the Canadian, Ontario and London Home Builders’ Associations by volunteering his time for numerous committees and boards. Paul is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders and a member of the NAHB 20 Club Program. ”
Paul has actively been involved in writing, speaking and promoting energy efficiency, environmental responsibility and good building design over the years at a number of National, Provincial, and Local Home Builders’ Associations conferences and forums. Paul has recently written "Building a Quality Custom Home" launched in 2009, guiding readers who are interested in a building a custom home on what they need to know. All proceeds of the book are donated to charity.
